Overview
Lauren Goetzl is affiliated with the Washington, D.C. Metro and Charlotte, North Carolina offices, but is based in the Raleigh, North Carolina area. Lauren represents and advises employers in all areas of employment law.
Lauren has significant experience representing and advising employers concerning all forms of employment issues, including claims arising under Title VII, the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, the Family and Medical Leave Act, and similar state and local laws in numerous state and federal courts and agencies. Lauren has substantial experience working with the aviation, pharmaceutical, healthcare, education, hospitality and restaurant, and manufacturing industries.
Prior to joining Fisher Phillips, Lauren was an associate with a Chambers USA-recognized employment law boutique in Bethesda, Maryland and in the Baltimore, Maryland and Wilmington, Delaware offices of an AmLaw100 law firm. While in law school, Lauren served as an intern to the Honorable Andre M. Davis, judge on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit.
