Overview
Erin Price is a partner in the firm’s Sacramento office. She is an employment litigator with experience representing private and public employers in various aspects of labor and employment law. Specifically, she has garnered favorable outcomes in federal and state court for such clients facing workplace discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and wrongful termination, as well as wage and hour claims.
Prior to joining Fisher Phillips, Erin worked at a prominent Sacramento litigation firm, where her clients recognized her as a tenacious advocate for creative solutions and positive results.
Erin graduated Order of the Coif with Great Distinction from the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law and was inducted into the Roger J. Traynor Honor Society. During law school, she served as a judicial extern to the Honorable Consuelo M. Callahan of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. She also served as the Chief Managing Editor of The University of the Pacific Law Review. Additionally, she interned for California’s Office of Legislative Counsel.
