Overview
Rachel Song is an associate in the firm’s San Francisco office who advises and represents employers in a wide range of employment matters, including discrimination, wage and hour, wrongful termination, and retaliation claims.
Rachel received her J.D. from the University of California College of the Law, San Francisco (formerly UC Hastings). During her first year in law school, Rachel was selected as a Legal Education Opportunities Program Scholar and Provost’s Scholar. While in law school, she competed on the Mock Trial Team, clerked for the First District of the California Court of Appeals (Division Three), and was a Senior Articles Editor for The Hastings Law Journal.
Rachel received her B.A. in both Philosophy and Political Economy from the University of California, Berkeley.
