Overview
Shane Stover represents employers in a variety of employment cases, including claims for harassment, discrimination, retaliation, wrongful termination, and wage and hour disputes. Shane also assists clients in navigating state and federal employment laws, advising them on compliance with wage and hour laws, regulatory compliance, employee training, maintaining up-to-date and compliant handbooks and employment policies to avoid litigation.
Prior to joining Fisher Phillips, Shane worked in accounting and as a paralegal for a Chicago-based commercial real estate company where, amongst other things, he represented internal clients in transactions and landlord-tenant disputes.
Shane earned his law degree from Loyola University Chicago School of Law. While in law school, Shane served on the Executive Board of the Loyola Consumer Law Review and was a Lead News Editor for the Law Journal.
