With experience in private practice, as a prosecutor in Louisville-Jefferson County, and as a staff attorney for the Honorable Phillip J. Shepherd, Chief Judge of the Franklin County Circuit Court, Chad keenly appreciates the hurdles and stresses that accompany litigation and works with clients to anticipate, avoid, and efficiently resolve matters before they become costly, time-consuming crises. He constantly strives to deliver results that further his client’s business strategy.
Chad is adept at working with and against governmental entities. His litigation experience also includes complex, multiparty suits involving large public and private entities, as well as breach of contract and environmental cases.
While in law school, Chad served as an Articles Editor of The Wake Forest Law Review and interned at the Office of the Attorney General for the Commonwealth of Kentucky.
