
Overview
Dan, an associate in the firm’s Louisville office, defends employers in a wide variety of workplace disputes and advises them on compliance with federal and state employment laws and regulations, as well as employee training, handbooks, and policies.
Before joining Fisher Phillips, Dan focused his practice on civil litigation as a trial attorney at a regional law firm. He also gained valuable litigation experience working as a staff attorney for the Louisville-Jefferson County Public Defender Corporation, where he managed a high-volume caseload of indigent clients charged with felonies and misdemeanors in Jefferson County.
A graduate of the University of Louisville Brandeis School of Law, Dan was a member of the University of Louisville Law Review and a regional quarterfinalist in the National Moot Court Competition.
