Overview

Brent Sedge is an associate in the firm’s Dallas office. His practice is focused on defending employers in lawsuits involving employment discrimination, harassment, wage and hour claims, whistleblower violations, and retaliation. He has significant experience defending behavioral healthcare facilities in claims for retaliation brought under the Texas Health & Safety Code.

In addition, Brent regularly represents employers in matters involving departing employees, such as lawsuits involving misappropriation of trade secrets and enforcement of covenants not to compete. He also defends companies in administrative matters before the Texas Workforce Commission and Equal Employment Opportunity Commission.

Before joining Fisher Phillips, Brent practiced employment law at an AmLaw 100 firm where he represented employers in state and federal courts, as well as administrative agencies.
