Fisher Phillips Welcomes Brent Sedge in Dallas

Fisher Phillips, a national labor and employment law firm representing employers, is pleased to announce that Brent Sedge has joined the firm as an associate in the Dallas office.
Before joining Fisher Phillips, Brent was at an AmLaw 100 firm where he represented employers in a variety of employment-related litigation claims in both state and federal courts. As a litigator in the Labor & Employment Practice, Brent defended employers in matters involving state and federal civil rights statutes, wage and hour claims, misappropriation of trade secrets, non-competition agreements, and retaliation. At Fisher Phillips he will continue defending employers in lawsuits involving a variety of federal and state employment laws and agency regulations including the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) and the Texas Whistleblower Act.
Brent earned his law degree from the Southern Methodist University Dedman School of Law where he was a Research Assistant and Faculty Research Fellow. Before law school, he graduated with a double major from the University of North Texas. Brent was also a proud member of the United States Army in which he served as Sergeant of the 82ndAirborne Division.
