Overview

Amanda Davinson is an associate in the firm’s New York office. Amanda assists businesses in a variety of labor and employment matters, including defending against claims for discrimination, harassment, and wrongful termination. Amanda also assists with matters concerning wage and hour laws, leaves of absence, and employment agreement disputes.

In addition to helping clients defend against these claims, Amanda also provides counseling and advice on everyday workplace issues, including hiring, discipline, requests for leave and accommodations, and terminations.

During law school, Amanda served as Articles Editor of the American Bar Association’s Real Property Trust and Estate Law Journal, as well as a member of the Labor and Employment Law Society. She earned CALI Awards in Civil Procedure and Advanced Legal Writing.
