Overview
Audrey Surridge is an associate in the firm’s San Diego office. Audrey represents employers in a variety of employment disputes, including discrimination, harassment, retaliation, failure to accommodate, California Private Attorneys General Act (PAGA) and wage and hour matters. Audrey also frequently conducts workplace investigations and counsels her clients in developing effective policies and practices.
Audrey’s previous experience includes advising local, regional, and national clients in a variety of legal matters involving general civil litigation, employment litigation, warranty litigation, construction defect, bankruptcy, and insurance defense. Prior to her career as an attorney, Audrey worked for a global consulting firm serving the full spectrum of business, financial, medical, union, education and nonprofit organizations. This experience allows Audrey to bring a unique perspective to the practice of employment defense and solving her client’s concerns.
In law school, Audrey externed for the Honorable M. James Lorenz in the United States District Court for the Southern District of California, served as President of the Women’s Law Caucus and Vice Magister of the Phi Delta Phi Legal Honors Society, and volunteered over 100 pro bono hours.
