Overview

Kate Mize is an associate in the firm's New Jersey and Atlanta offices. She assists clients with a range of labor and employment issues, including workplace safety, retaliation, discrimination, harassment, and trade secret protection.

Kate graduated summa cum laude from Georgia State University College of Law, where she was inducted into the Order of the Coif. While in law school, Kate served as Lead Articles Editor of the Georgia State University Law Review. She also participated on the Georgia State University Moot Court team. Kate earned CALI awards for excellence in both first year writing courses, working as the class’s teaching assistant in her second and third years.
