David Lerner is an associate in the firm’s Atlanta office and assists clients in a wide range of labor and employment-related matters, including wage and hour, discrimination, retaliation, employee defection, and trade secrets.

David graduated cum laude from the University of Georgia School of Law where he served as Articles Editor for the Georgia Law Review. David received the Donald P. Gilmore Jr. Memorial Award for Excellence in the Study of Labor and Employment Law as well as CALI awards in Legal Writing, Legal Research, Labor Law, and Employment Discrimination.

Before practicing law, David taught film history and film studies courses at Loyola Marymount University, Fairfield University, and Emory University.
