Overview
Gary Baker, Jr. defends employers in connection with a variety of workplace-related disputes, helps them comply with the labor and employment laws and regulations governing their operations, and assists in labor relations matters including arbitrations and unfair labor practice charges.
Gary formerly practiced in the Cleveland office of a full-service Midwestern law firm, where he focused on employment, product liability and general liability issues. He represented state fund and self-insured employers in hundreds of workers’ compensation matters before the Industrial Commission of Ohio.
While in law school, Gary was a member of the Cleveland Marshall Mock Trial team and Champion of the 2019 Case Classic Mock Trial Competition.
