Join us for an educational session to learn what employers need to consider with regard to workforce reductions and layoffs in our current legal climate. This 90-minute session will cover common considerations and best practices, such as:

  • Notice of WARN and associated public relations issues
  • Severance and Release issues
  • Implementation
