Overview
Shannon French is an associate in the firm’s Irvine office. She defends employers in a wide range of workplace matters including class and collective actions, harassment, discrimination, retaliation, and other similar claims. Shannon also counsels employers on compliance with wage and hour laws, workplace policies and procedures, and employee leaves of absence.
Prior to joining Fisher Phillips, Shannon was an associate at a large international law firm in Orange County where she represented employers in proceedings before state and federal courts, arbitrators, and administrative agencies.
Shannon received her law degree from the University of San Diego School of Law, where she graduated magna cum laude and was inducted into the Order of the Coif.
