Overview

Orchid Tosh is an associate in Fisher Phillips’ Portland office. She represents employers in all aspects of labor and employment law.

Orchid graduated from Lewis & Clark Law School, where she worked in the Title IX office developing training materials to prevent gender discrimination. Her law school activities also included serving as Lead Article Editor, Lewis & Clark Law Review and Crime Victim Litigation Clinic intern.

In addition, she served as a legal intern in the Clark County prosecuting attorney’s office. Orchid has also volunteered at numerous organizations focused on survivors of domestic violence and sexual assault as well as human rights issues.
