Nicole Espin has experience defending employers in a wide range of workplace litigation, ranging from single-plaintiff discrimination cases to class and collective wage and hour actions.
She also focuses on helping employers maintain positive employee relations and reduce the risk of litigation by working with businesses to develop policies and procedures, conducting internal investigations and compliance audits, and providing management and employee training.
Prior to joining Fisher Phillips, Nicole was an associate attorney at a boutique law firm in New Jersey where she represented clients in class action and single plaintiff litigation and counseled businesses on compliance with major federal and state laws regarding hiring, termination, employee leave, reductions in force, and compensation, among other things.
