Overview
Eliza Lloyd defends employers and management in employment-related litigation in state and federal court and advises on employment best practices and risk prevention strategies.
Prior to joining Fisher Phillips, Eliza spent nearly seven years at an Am Law 100 firm defending businesses in employment litigation matters, agency investigations, and mediation and counseling on day-to-day matters impacting the workplace.
She is former Law Clerk to The Honorable Jose L. Fuentes, Presiding Judge of the Superior Court of New Jersey, Appellate Division.
While in law school, Eliza received the ABA/BNA Award for Excellence in Labor/Employment Law and was a member of both The Order of the Coif and the Seton Hall Law Review.
