In an article about how employers can curb the spread of COVID’s most contagious mutation, Benefits Pro cites a client alert co-authored by Todd Logsdon and Daniel Graham. In their piece, Todd and Daniel explain that some workplaces may have been lulled into a false sense of security, which could be shattered by new variants such as the XBB COVID strain. But the co-authors caution that OSHA is not going away, and thus “employers should not grow complacent when it comes to the oversight of their workplaces."
