Overview
Liliana Kim represents employers in various employment matters involving claims of discrimination, harassment, retaliation, failure to accommodate, and wage and hour disputes. Liliana has experience in all aspects of litigation, including fact investigation, written discovery, motion practice, depositions, and trial preparation. Liliana also advises employers on day-to-day workforce management issues. She enjoys partnering with clients to review and draft employee handbooks and policies that address unique business needs, prevent litigation, and comply with all applicable laws.
Prior to joining Fisher Phillips, Liliana practiced employment law at an AmLaw 100 law firm as well as a boutique employment firm in California. She has also worked as an appellate court attorney for the California Court of Appeal, Second District.
During law school, Liliana was an articles editor for the Loyola of Los Angeles Law Review. In her previous career, she worked as an editor in the educational publishing industry in New York and Philadelphia.
