Fisher Phillips Welcomes Liliana Kim in Los Angeles

Fisher Phillips, an international labor and employment law firm representing employers, is pleased to announce that Liliana Kim has joined the firm as Of Counsel in Los Angeles.
Liliana has experience defending employers at an international AmLaw 100 law firm and most recently at a boutique employment law firm, where she represented employers in litigation involving claims of discrimination, harassment, retaliation, failure to accommodate, and wrongful termination, as well as wage and hour class and representative actions. She has also served as an appellate court attorney for Justices Nora Manella and Lee Smalley Edmon in the California Court of Appeal, Second District.
At Fisher Phillips, Liliana will continue representing employers in complex labor and employment disputes and provide counseling on workplace policies and personnel matters to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal laws.
Liliana earned her J.D. from Loyola Law School, Los Angeles where she served as the Articles Editor for the Loyola of Los Angeles Law Review. She earned her B.A. from the University of Pennsylvania and her M.A. from Columbia University.
