Overview
Justin Ruedaflores is an associate in the firm’s Los Angeles office and has significant experience counseling and defending clients in labor and employment matters, including discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, PAGA, and other employment disputes. Justin represents companies large and small, public and private, in labor and employment litigation before federal and state courts, agencies, mediators, and arbitrators.
Prior to joining Fisher Phillips, Justin managed a full portfolio of labor and employment-related cases for a nationally recognized litigation firm. Justin earned his J.D. from Loyola Law School, where he was an Inter-American Moot Court Team member and externed for the Loyola Law School Project for the Innocent.
