Jaime Rodríguez advises domestic and multinational employers on labor and employment matters arising from their operations in Mexico. With more than 15 years of experience, he helps companies navigate complex workforce issues, manage employment-related risk, and develop practical strategies aligned with their business objectives.
Jaime counsels employers on individual and collective employment matters, including collective bargaining, profit sharing, employer substitutions, workforce transfers, terminations, expatriate hiring, labor inspections, and compliance with Mexican labor regulations. He also advises on nondisclosure and non-compete agreements and workplace policies addressing sexual harassment, discrimination, whistleblowing, and NOM-035 compliance.
