Overview
Diana Vázquez represents employers in labor and employment litigation and advises companies on workforce matters throughout Mexico. With more than 17 years of experience, she has carried substantial litigation portfolios for domestic and multinational employers, and has built both her practice and her academic work entirely around Mexican labor law.
Diana handles individual and collective labor litigation before federal and local Conciliation and Arbitration Boards and before the labor courts created by Mexico’s 2019 labor justice reform, and has practiced under both the traditional labor system and the one established by that reform.
