In an interview with Massachusetts Lawyers Weekly, Danielle Kays discusses a class action in Massachusetts based on allegations that a company’s software collected, transmitted and sold the geolocation and other personal information of Massachusetts consumers without their consent. Danielle explained that tracking claims are skyrocketing. “California is one of the hottest areas where we’re seeing a spike in these cases. There have been thousands of them over the past few years,” said Danielle.
