This session explores the wage and hour challenges employers are facing and how to overcome them.

I Am Cait – The New Era of Workplace Accommodations
Presented by Nesheba Kittling and Jessica Causgrove
No matter who wins the presidential election, one thing is certain, the legal landscape of providing workplace accommodations is shifting and becoming more perplexing. In addition to accommodating employees with medical restrictions, the odds are also high that any business that has not yet addressed a request for an accommodation from a transgender employee soon will. Fortunately, your company can prepare itself for such situations and ensure that it is complying with the law when it comes to accommodations. This session will address best legal and human resources practices germane to this rapidly developing area.
