Jason Keck is a trial attorney and regional managing partner in the firm’s Chicago office. He represents employers nationwide in high-stakes workplace disputes, developing aggressive and creative strategies aligned with each client’s business objectives. His practice centers on litigation involving employment discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and wrongful termination, and also includes class and collective actions, wage-and-hour claims, government investigations, and employee leave and accommodation disputes, among others.
Jason has significant national experience in the staffing and PEO, logistics and supply chain, and healthcare industries. His healthcare experience includes representing homecare providers, outpatient care organizations, senior living organizations, and medical device manufacturers throughout the United States.
