Overview

Jenna Rubin is a key member of the Atlanta office, helping employers of all types solve their workplace problems.

She not only represents employers in federal, state, and administrative employment litigation, but also works with them to create and implement effective employment policies and procedures. She has significant experience advising employers on multi-state considerations for employee handbooks and policies as well as day-to-day matters including employee discipline, leave issues, and accommodations under the Americans with Disabilities Act. She frequently trains business leaders and managers on best practices and legal compliance.

Jenna also plays a critical role on the firm’s Education Team, as she is especially skilled at advising schools on special education, student, and disciplinary matters. Her experience as an elementary school teacher before becoming a lawyer allows her to help school boards, administrators, and educators respond to their legal and regulatory challenges in ways that other lawyers cannot.

Before joining Fisher Phillips, Jenna was a member of the Education Law team at a full-service firm in Atlanta and, before that, was a staff attorney at the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals.
