Ariella Kupetz

Ariella Kupetz is an associate in the Los Angeles office, where she represents employers of all sizes in all areas of labor and employment, including matters involving discrimination claims, harassment, retaliation, wage and hour violations and wrongful termination. Ariella also represents and defends employers in wage and hour class action lawsuits as well as representative lawsuits brought under California’s Private Attorneys General Act (PAGA).

Ariella has successfully represented clients throughout California, in both Superior Courts and United States District Court and before the California Civil Rights Department (formerly known as the Department of Fair Employment and Housing), the California Division of Labor Standards Enforcement, the United States Department of Labor, and the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission.
