Harassment Cases Leading to More Proactive Training and Compliance, Says Fisher Phillips Partner


San Francisco Regional Managing Partner Jason A. Geller is quoted in the Daily Journal article “Attorneys: client companies becoming more proactive in addressing harassment,” discussing how companies have been reacting to harassment claims. The added attention on sexual harassment in the workplace has driven sweeping changes in how companies manage their employees. Jason says that companies’ concerns go beyond just sexual harassment. He says there is “more of a concern to be very prompt into looking into any kind of internal complaint.”
