Howard said, “You can’t neglect to focus on addressing and handling these issues, and you can’t neglect to beat the drum to get people to seek help. In the past, it’s seemed as if employees don’t want to talk about these matters and that employers don’t want to know… but there needs to be a paradigm shift.”
