“Flex” is a blueprint for business leaders on how to successfully navigate unprecedented workplace disruption and embrace change as an opportunity to learn and grow. It’s just not optional anymore,” said Grimaldi. “’Flex’ is a real-world guide for savvy leaders who are ready to adapt, reinvent and transform their workplace to win more talent, customers and profits. Successful employers should be ready to flex in this new era of change in order to lead profitable, healthy companies into an ever-evolving future.”
