Communication is Key in Managing Election Day Risk for Employers, Says Fisher Phillips Partner


Election Day can be fraught with risk for employers as they navigate their legal obligations to allow employees time off to vote as well as attempt to manage political discourse between employees. Ed Harold, New Orleans Regional Managing Partner, spoke with Law360 and The National Law Journal to offer employers advice on how to mitigate those risks.
