Jason Geller was quoted in the San Jose Mercury News on August 6, 2015. The article “Amid Backlash, Lawsuits, More Delivery Startups Converting Contractors to Employees” discussed Sprig’s, a meal delivery company, latest decision in which they have decided to convert their contract delivery drivers to employees.

Jason was quoted on his take of the Sprig’s decision.

Sprig's decision "is not a harbinger of things to come," said Jason Geller, the managing partner of labor and employment law firm Fisher & Phillip's San Francisco office. "It's a hot issue and a lot of employers are evaluating it.
