2014 was a big year for Healthcare Reform with many insurance market reforms, the Individual Mandate, and the Insurance Exchanges. However, 2015 is an even bigger year for employers with the Employer Mandate now in place, new data collecting and reporting obligations for employers, and likely additional insurance market reforms for employer-based group health plans. In addition, new requirements such as automatic enrollment and nondiscrimination rules for fully insured plans are right around the corner. With so many new requirements and restrictions on employers now in effect (and more on their way), please join us to discuss compliance strategies and learn from common compliance mistakes we are seeing being made by employers of all sizes.
