In this webinar, we will cover the nuts and bolts of wage and hour law, with emphasis upon the Fair Labor Standards Act, including overtime and minimum wage requirements, record keeping, employment of minors, timekeeping issues, and the most commonly recognized exemptions from the Act’s requirements. Our goal will be to enable you to avoid the most common pitfalls in this area, and to minimize the risk of mistakes that can lead to significant exposure for employers.
