Fourth Thursday Advanced HR Webinar Series: Tricky FMLA Scenarios

Event

8.25.22
2:00 PM — 2:30 PM CDT

The FMLA is one of the most complex federal laws. Whether intermittent leave, unclear medical certifications, return to work after a workforce reorganization, or pre-childbirth pregnancy conditions, many issues will only arise occasionally and ascertaining the right forms, communications, and obligations will be difficult. This session will provide a step-by-step process for identifying, analyzing, and determining your and your employee’s FMLA obligations by examining hypothetical scenarios that have tripped up employers.

The firm will be submitting this program for HRCI and SHRM credit.

If you have any questions, please contact Marissa Slaven.
