• In 2026, the firm became Midpage’s first law firm design partner for its cutting-edge GenAI-powered legal research and drafting platform.
• In 2025, the firm became the design partner first to deploy Verbit's Legal Visor, for AI-powered real-time deposition insights, and a design partner and first firm to deploy Trellis AI’s automated AI-powered early case assessments. 
• In 2024, Fisher Phillips became a design partner and equity holder of Tough Day, an employee-resilience AI solution. 
• In 2023, Fisher Phillips was the first design partner and first customer of Casetext's CoCounsel, the first generative AI tool developed specifically for law firms, cementing its position at the forefront of legal AI adoption.
• In 2022, Fisher Phillips was one of only three law firms selected to develop and deploy AllSearch, a transformer-based neural net search tool developed by Casetext.
• In 2020, the firm partnered with Thomson Reuters and LegalMation to develop a sophisticated data analytics tool designed to predict litigation outcomes and costs, providing clients with valuable insights for case planning and budgeting.
