Overview
Xiaochen Chen is an associate in the firm’s Los Angeles office. Her practice includes advising and defending employers in all areas of labor and employment law.
Xiaochen received her J.D. from USC Gould School of Law, where she served as the Senior Notes & Submission Editor of the Southern California Interdisciplinary Law Journal. Xiaochen also gained extensive mediation experience through the Mediation Clinic at USC, where she conducted mediations for the California Department of Fair Employment and Housing and the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission.
Xiaochen received her B.A. in Music, with a double major in Film Studies, from Emory University.
