Overview
Ryan Jebreil represents employers in workplace related litigation and arbitration matters, with an emphasis on adopting cost-effective strategies in order to resolve disputes and obtain favorable results for all clients. He has experience representing employers in relation to workplace safety, having handled multiple Cal-OSHA appeals from inception to settlement for clients in the construction industry. Ryan also handles a range of workplace-related claims including harassment, discrimination, retaliation, wrongful termination, workers’ compensation and wage and hour violations.
Prior to joining Fisher Phillips, Ryan represented retailers, manufacturers, transportation companies, and construction companies in complex civil litigation and product liability matters in the Orange County Office of a large national law firm. He has substantial experience litigating matters for individuals, businesses, and carriers throughout California involving high exposure personal injury claims, general liability, contract disputes, insurance coverage, construction defects, professional liability, and real estate matters.
Ryan received his J.D. from California Western School of Law, during which time he clerked for several large and boutique litigation firms in the San Diego area. During law school, he concentrated in Employment Law and obtained recognition and awards for his trial practice.
