Michelle Primo advises employers on a wide range of workplace-related matters, including executive compensation, equity, and employee benefits. Michelle is well-versed in the laws and regulations governing ERISA and non-ERISA plans. Her experience extends to all aspects of equity compensation, including Section 16(b) officer and director compliance, Internal Revenue Code Section 409A compliance, and the tax implications of equity compensation in M&A transactions.
Before joining Fisher Phillips, Michelle was a compensation and benefits consultant for a national professional services firm where she worked with in-house counsel to develop and implement compliant executive compensation programs.
