Matt Simeone advises businesses in a variety of labor and employment matters including employment contracts, separation agreements, and benefits and defends them against claims involving discrimination, harassment, retaliation and wrongful termination.
Before joining Fisher Phillips, Matt represented both employees and employers at a Buffalo, New York based labor and employment law firm where he handled litigation in federal and state court and before administrative agencies, particularly the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) and the New York State Division of Human Rights.
