Overview
Kevin Brady has over twenty years of employment litigation experience and focuses on defending employers against single-plaintiff claims of discrimination and harassment. Kevin develops creative, individualized and effective litigation solutions for clients to resolve matters with minimal business disruption. His experience includes representing management of labor-organized manufacturing, staffing, financial services, health care, telecommunications, and retail companies.
Prior to joining Fisher Phillips, Kevin worked as counsel for an Am Law 100 law firm where he advised stakeholders, in-house attorneys and HR managers on various employment and litigation matters.
