Kate Mize

Kate Mize is an associate in the firm’s New Jersey and Atlanta offices. She regularly counsels employers on workforce planning and reductions in force, including evaluating legal risks, developing implementation strategies, and managing the sensitive employee-relations issues that can accompany difficult business decisions. Her practice also includes drafting multistate employment agreements and related workplace documents for employers operating across multiple jurisdictions. In addition, Kate defends clients in a wide range of employment matters, including discrimination, retaliation, and wage and hour issues.
