Julian B. Owens represents employers in labor and employment matters, drawing on his legal training and prior experience supporting employment litigation and traditional labor matters.
Before joining Fisher Phillips as an associate, Julian worked as a law clerk at the firm, where he researched issues involving employment discrimination, arbitration, wage and hour laws, and other labor and employment matters. He also assisted with drafting motions for summary judgment and dismissal, deposition summaries, affidavits, and other litigation documents.
