Jorge Pérez supports employers on labor and employment matters in Mexico, with experience in workplace separations, conciliation proceedings and employment-based immigration.
Jorge coordinates the handling of conciliation hearings on a nationwide basis and prepares statements of defense in labor claims. His experience includes drafting separation agreements, calculating severance and final pay, reviewing employment documentation against Mexico’s labor reforms, managing termination processes and conciliation appointments, and monitoring dockets and rulings before local and federal labor authorities.
