
Overview
Jeremy Stern represents and advises employers in a wide range of workplace-related claims, including wage and hour class and representative actions, wrongful termination and retaliation, harassment, and workers compensation disputes. He also provides strategic guidance on compliance with state and federal employment laws, advising on employee discipline and terminations, crafting workplace policies and procedures, and ensuring wage and hour compliance. Jeremy’s experience also includes addressing legal issues arising in college athletics, particularly those surrounding Name, Image, and Likeness (NIL) opportunities.
Before joining Fisher Phillips, Jeremy was an associate at a national, multi-practice law firm where he represented employers in class action matters involving wage and hour disputes, unfair competition laws, and the Private Attorneys General Act (PAGA). He also handled matters concerning petitions to the NCAA, contact review and negotiation, and intellectual property licensing.
