Hannah Sweiss

Hannah regularly advises employers on preventative measures to mitigate litigation arising from various issues including wage and hour compliance, leaves of absence, claims of discrimination and harassment, workplace safety issues, employee classification, independent contractor classification, mass layoff strategy, and management training. 

She was listed on the Los Angeles Business Journal: Inside the Valley’s “Leaders to Know: Trusted Advisors 2025,”  “2022 and 2025 Women of Influence,” “2023 Leaders of Influence: Minority Attorneys,” and “2022 Leaders in Law;” has been recognized as a Super Lawyers Rising Star from 2016- 2024; and named in The Best Lawyers in America: Ones to Watch 2021-2025.

Active in the legal community at the local and national level, she is the immediate past President of the Arab American Lawyers Association of Southern California and a founding steering committee member and Officer of the National Arab American Bar Association. Hannah is one the founding members of its Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Council of the Los Angeles Chapter of the National Human Resources Association. Hannah also serves on the Board of the Association of Corporate Growth-101.

Hannah is regularly asked to present and has presented on a variety of labor and employment topics including legal updates, wage and hour updates, best practices, leaves of absence, elimination of bias, anti-harassment and many other employment law areas. Over the past few years, Hannah presented hundreds of times.
