Ernesto Ramírez

Ernesto Ramírez defends employers in labor litigation in Mexico and supports clients on dispute strategy and case management. He helps companies respond to workplace claims and build defenses in contested labor matters.

Ernesto prepares statements of defense, evidence briefs, position papers, interrogatories and other litigation filings used in the defense of employers, with close attention to procedural deadlines. He appears at hearings before local and federal Conciliation and Arbitration Boards in Mexico City and in other jurisdictions, at prejudicial conciliation hearings, and in proceedings under the new labor procedure before the labor courts, and he monitors case files before the labor authorities to keep clients current on developments.
