Overview
Dan Pollard, a partner in Fisher Phillips’ London office, advises employers and management teams on a wide range of employment law matters, including corporate transactions, business protection, corporate governance, boardroom disputes, and high-value employment tribunal claims.
His commentary on significant developments in UK employment law has also helped shape the wider policy discussion. Most recently, his views on proposed changes to unfair dismissal law were featured in the national press and cited during Parliamentary debate on the new Employment Rights Act 2025 which is the biggest shake up to UK employment law since the 1970s.
